Positive Outlook Trainings, LLC partners with City Dive Vocational, Training and Educational Collaborative (City Dive V.T.E.C.) to provide an online and in person out of school alternative education opportunity to 18 - 24 year old young adults in the areas of soft skills, character development, workforce development, financial literacy and entrepreneurship.
